Who we are

TradeConduct is building trade allocation surveillance software for investment advisers and asset managers. The product is in development. This website exists to describe what we are building and to let interested firms register for early access.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you register for early access we ask for a business email address. Everything else is optional: your firm name, your role, firm size, how your firm reviews trade allocations today, which system holds most of your trade data, your current compliance platform, and a free-text answer about what you find most frustrating about allocation monitoring.

Basic attribution. If you arrive through a campaign link we record the UTM parameters in that link, and we record the referring site. We reduce the referrer to its domain and path — we discard the query string, which is where search terms and identifiers usually live.

Spam verification. The registration form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish people from automated submissions. Cloudflare performs that check and may store a short-lived token in your browser as part of it. We receive only a pass or fail result.

What we do not collect

• No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
• No Google Analytics, and no third-party advertising or data-broker pixels.
• No trade, order, allocation or client data. Nothing on this website asks for it, and you should not send it to us by email either.
• No sensitive personal information, and no information about anyone under 18.

Why we collect it

• To manage the early-access waitlist.
• To communicate with you regarding TradeConduct.
• To understand product requirements and decide what to build first.

That is the complete list. We do not sell your information, rent it, trade it, or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Who processes it for us

The site and the early-access database run on Cloudflare, which hosts the website, stores registrations, and provides the spam-verification check. Cloudflare processes this information in order to provide those services to us. If we add another provider — an email tool, for instance — we will update this page.

How long we keep it

We keep early-access registrations while we are still building TradeConduct and while your firm might reasonably want to hear from us. If we abandon the product, or if you ask us to remove you, we delete your record.

Your choices

Email [email protected] and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You do not need to give a reason, and you do not need to cite a regulation. Every message we send about TradeConduct will also let you opt out directly.

Analytics

If we enable analytics on this site it will be Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-free and does not build a profile of individual visitors or follow them across other websites.

Changes to this page

We will update this page as the product and the company develop, and we will change the date at the top when we do. If a change materially affects information you have already given us, we will contact you about it rather than relying on you to re-read this page.
