What this website is

This website describes software that TradeConduct is building. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

The product is in development

TradeConduct is pre-launch. Descriptions of features, deployment models, security architecture and workflows on this site are statements of what we are designing and intend to build. They are not descriptions of software you can buy or use today, and they may change as the product develops.

The interface shown on the home page is explicitly labelled a concept preview. It is an illustration built for this website using fictional sample data. It is not a screenshot of working software, and the figures in it do not describe any real firm, manager or account.

Early access registration

Registering for early access adds your email to a list. It is not a purchase, a contract, a licence, a reservation, or a commitment by either of us. We may not be able to include every firm that registers, we may change how the early-access programme works, and we may decide not to launch at all.

Please register with accurate information, and only register on behalf of a firm if you are entitled to do so.

Not professional advice

Nothing on this site is legal, compliance, regulatory, investment or tax advice. Trade allocation obligations depend on a firm's own regulatory status, policies and circumstances. TradeConduct is being designed to help compliance teams find and document what warrants review — the judgment, and the responsibility for it, stay with the firm.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to this site or its underlying systems.
• Do not submit automated, bulk or deliberately false registrations.
• Do not use the site in a way that interferes with anyone else's use of it.
• Do not send us confidential trade, order, allocation or client data. This website is not built to receive it and we do not want it.

Our content

The TradeConduct name, wordmark, site design, copy and the concept preview belong to TradeConduct. You are welcome to reference and link to this site. Please do not reproduce it wholesale or present it as your own.

Availability and warranties

This website is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available, free of errors, or up to date. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site.

Changes

We will update these terms as the company and the product develop, and we will change the date at the top when we do.
